7월 1일자로 II-VI에서 Coherent의 인수 합병 절차를 모두 완료했습니다.
합병 계약 조건에 따라 Coherent 보통주 1주는 현금 $220.00와 II-VI 보통주 0.91주를 받을 수 있는 권리로 전환되었으며, II-VI는 훨씬 더 빠르게 성장할 것으로 판단됩니다.
